Hello and welcome.
I am Latoya Graham McKenzie, the owner and operator of Jax Mobile Healthcare Consultants. We provide mobile CPR, First Aid, and safety education services dedicated to empowering families, caregivers, and organizations across Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
I have served in the healthcare field since 2005. My work across multiple specialties has shaped how I teach, support, and advocate for safer communities. My experience spans home health, acute care, hospice, occupational health, leadership, and chronic care management and education. This extensive background gives me a deep and practical understanding of safety needs in both home and work settings.
As a Registered Nurse with a BSN, my professional passion centers on infant and child safety and caregiver empowerment. I aim to provide families with the confidence to respond effectively in an emergency. A significant part of my career has also included caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. These children and adults hold a special place in my heart. Supporting this community strengthened my commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and accessible safety education for every ability level.
Why I Started Jax Mobile
I established Jax Mobile Healthcare Consultants with one guiding belief. Knowledge required to save a life should be accessible to everyone. Through years of nursing and care within the community, I repeatedly observed how many families, caregivers, and workplaces needed quality CPR and safety training. However, they faced barriers such as scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or a lack of guidance on where to begin.
My Mission Statement
To deliver accessible, compassionate, and community focused CPR and safety education. I aim to empower families, caregivers, and organizations to protect the people who matter most.
