1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book a session.

2. Mobile Service Requirements & Safety

Because we provide services at your location, you agree to provide a safe, sanitary, and suitable environment for training.

  • Space: You must provide a clear floor area (approx. 8x8 feet) for manikin practice.

  • Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a location immediately if our instructor feels unsafe, threatened, or if the environment is unsanitary. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Pets: Please secure all pets in a separate room prior to our arrival to ensure the safety of our equipment and staff.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payment

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment slot.

  • Balance: The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

  • Travel Fees: Travel fees for locations outside our standard Jacksonville radius will be included in your quote and are non-negotiable.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. However, to respect the time of our instructor:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-Shows: If the instructor arrives at your location and you are not present or reachable within 15 minutes, it is considered a "No-Show," and the full session fee may be charged.

5. Certification Cards

AHA eCards are issued typically within 24-48 hours of successful course completion. Certification is contingent upon the student’s ability to demonstrate the required skills and pass the written exam (if applicable). Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

ax Mobile Healthcare Consultants provides training based on American Heart Association guidelines. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the skills learned in our courses during real-life emergencies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
